Meet Adam Green
Adam’s career took its shape in Costa Rica during his Peace Corps volunteer service in the late 1980’s. His friendship with a macadamia nut grower and processor in Costa Rica blossomed into a business relationship.
Upon his return to New York in 1992, he started The Hemisphere Group which imported and distributed nuts, seeds and dried fruits in bulk. The company was sold in 2021 but continues to thrive under a new name and new ownership.
Adam dreams of one day becoming a rock star although he readily admits having zero musical ability.
